Fees and payments

The 2024 Materials and Services Charge minus the Government rebate is $215.00 per student. Payment of our school fees is due by the end of term 1.

Camps, excursions, sporting events, swimming, and other school events will be invoiced separately.

Below is a list of current options for paying your family accounts. If you have any questions or need extra time to make a payment, get in touch for a confidential conversation.

Payment options

Payment can be made:

  • via the QKR app
  • by telephone
  • in person by cash or card.

Our front office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Payment plans

Payway is a direct debit bank facility which allows the school and preschool to deduct a specified amount from your nominated bank account. This can be done on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly bases for a nominated period until the full debt is paid.

If you wish to set up a Payway payment plan, please complete the form below and return it to the Finance Office.

School Card financial assistance

The School Card scheme provides financial assistance to low-income families. Your application will be assessed on your family’s gross income for the applicable financial year.

Visit School Card scheme (SA.GOV.AU) to view eligibility income limits and to access the application forms. You can also get copies of the paper version of the form from our front office.

Once assessed, you’ll be notified of the outcome by the School Card Unit. Eligible families will have a credit applied to their account and will not owe any Materials and Services Fees.

You’ll need to complete a new application every year.  

The School Card scheme is not available to preschool students.
